Karrie believes her purpose and drive is “to help others in finding their way through depression, anxieties, struggles with relationships, self-esteem, addiction, and grief/loss. Our traumas are a part of us as scary and painful theses experiences are, they do not have to define us or control our thoughts and actions throughout our lives.”
“Having knowledge of different therapy methods gives me the ability to meet you on your level. I will work with you to help navigate the darkness that is created by depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss to find hope and positivity, and to live a fulfilling life.”
In her spare time, Karrie enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends and is strengthened by her spirituality. Her hobbies include photography, automotive and motorcycles. Karrie strives to learn something new every day.
Karrie is available for in-office visits at the Two Rivers location as well as by way of video conferencing (Telehealth).
