Phoenix Behavioral Health Services: Our Company

Phoenix Behavioral Health Services (PBHS) began in 2002 after the closure of the Mental Health Association of Manitowoc County. MHA was formed by a group of friends/therapists looking to provide mental health services to their community. In 2002, a partnership was formed with two of MHA members, and the name was changed to PBHS. In 2011, Dr. Todd Eiden became solo owner of PBHS, after the passing of his partner.

The original PBHS clinic was in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and remained there until 2017, when we moved to the current location in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. We have had many excellent therapists and staff members over the years in all areas of service provision. We cherish those relationships and what we have learned along the way from the people with whom we have worked.

Our Values

PBHS has and continues to focus on individual, couple, and family psychotherapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our staff places great value in listening to clients’ needs and concerns first and strives to be strong advocates for our clients.  Psychotherapy has always been a focus, as has psychological testing. PBHS added ABA in 2003 and has offered that intervention since.

PBHS currently has locations in Two Rivers, Green Bay, and Plover, Wisconsin.
