Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point and later received her master’s degree in counseling from Lakeland College. She has worked in a variety of settings including counseling victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, working with people experiencing homelessness, providing in-home therapy to children, and in outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults. Stephanie provides an environment for her clients to identify the strengths they already possess by instilling hope, building resiliency, and providing a safe place for individuals to process their experiences, emotions, and thoughts. Stephanie uses techniques such as brainspotting to help clients process traumatic experiences.
Stephanie works with people dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Stress, Self-Esteem/Confidence, Self-Love, Parenting, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Divorce, Women’s Issues, Domestic Abuse, Sexual Assault, and Relationship Issues.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with family and friends. Her hobbies include writing, traveling, swimming, going out to eat, and spending time outdoors.
