Anna aims to empower children, teens, and young adults to live up to their full potential. With experience within multiple social welfare environments such as the education system, local case management, support group facilitation, the non-profit sector, government/local community programming, and corrections, Anna is looking forward to applying her expertise to a private practice setting.

Anna is dedicated to supporting her clients through compassionate leadership. Through considering both her clients personal and professional lives, Anna has documented success overcoming school based/mental health-based interventions, adoption/foster care integration, crisis-care case management, de-escalation, long term care planning/goal setting, resource connection, and the utilization of healthy coping mechanisms. With Anna’s experience in the social work sector, she is able to effectively collaborate and connect with children, teens, and young adults who are aiming to improve their quality of life.

Within Anna’s practice, she believes in actively incorporating play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, motivational interviewing, and somatic therapeutic methods.

Anna has specialized experience supporting clients with co-occuring disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), AuDHD, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), general behavioral health/anger concerns, self-esteem, communication, anxiety, depression, relationship/friendship dissonance, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, domestic violence/sexual assault, and overall challenging behaviors both inside/outside of the home/classroom.
