Teri Nehring earned a M.S. in Education and Counseling. She is licensed as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Independent Clinical Supervisor with over 30 years of counseling experience.

She is passionate about helping you get connected to yourself, and feel inner peace and happiness so you can experience more fulfilling relationships, rewarding work, good health, and positive spiritual connections.

By compassionately assisting and partnering with you, Teri will help you understand and change the behaviors and patterns in your life that leave you feeling disconnected, anxious, depressed, stuck, and unhappy.

Everyone experiences a time in their life when they need support. Feel at ease, safe, connected, and in the driver’s seat. Teri will work with you using a blend of therapeutic and holistic practices: Brainspotting (BSP), Breath Weaving, Focused Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Reiki. She is continually inspired by witnessing others heal, grow and transform.

Teri is available for in-office visits at the Two Rivers and Green Bay locations as well as by way of video conferencing (Telehealth).
