Aaron earned his Masters of Education in Counseling degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts, where he chose to emphasize athletic counseling in order to serve both mental health needs, as well as sport and performance concerns clients have. Aaron grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he specialized in working eating disorders. He believes in taking a client-centered approach to therapy, and helping clients identify their values and how they can best live a life that aligns with them.

Counseling approaches Aaron uses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as various other approaches and methods in order to help clients reach their goals.
